It clearly is meant to have some pvp application with the stun being a possible proc, I test it a bit and it is utterly worthless because the stacks fall off in THREE seconds meaning that if you do anything like uh, defend yourself or if the other guy makes any effort at all to not let you just hit him with light attacks for like 15 seconds it's never going off (if they roll it's gone) (if they Los it's gone) even with purely just light attack spamming somebody trying to get it to activate I could not get this to work once in a deathmatch. Even in PvE I can't see any way this will be good, there is other stuff going on it needs to either go off in three stacks the cap of per second needs to be gone or the stacks need to last for 10 seconds or this just can't be used let alone effectively.

    Ok just tested some more and, the problem is very much the fact it locks you from getting stacks and its four second but the first second is gone before the stacks can even start adding again so you have effectively a 2 second window to not lose the stacks if you are counting flight time and lag. That's not taking in to account what the target might be doing, if there is a reason to use this in pve cool but as a PVP set it doesn't work with the way that combat flows in which you dps and defend dps and move as does your target. If you get CCed, at all, lol it will fall off every time because break free takes more time to work than the stacks have to expire

    The set naturally is not meant to be used in open world or bgs. Its focus is single target as every set or skills witn a stack mechanic. Basically the set is usable in duels or Xv1, meaning outnumberinh a single enemy. On the other in said situations, you should not lose the stacks that easy. Weaving light attacks between every skill is norm on a competitive level of skill. Exceptions might be builds relying on block in defensive situations. But most classes can still weave between applying shields or recasting buffs and vigor. The set works on a suitable build, but its usage is very limited.

    Each stack lasts 5 seconds therefore to keep it stacking all you need is to light attack target about every 4s. In this game, on builds utilizing ranged weapon hitting someone with 5 light attacks within 20s is as easy if not easier as hitting with any other abilities. Generally unless you are forced to block or hide behind tree 5 light attacks should happen in same time span as it takes for you to cast 5 skills as you weave light attack with all skills. Obviously if target is avoiding you then it might seem difficult but thats a price to pay for a set dealing about most of damage in single hit out of all other, right?

    Duels with a proc set like that, is bad form I think. Anything else it seems to not work, it's hard enough trying to not lets the stacks come off with just normal weaving if you are fighting multiple people even with a team nobody who would survive the light attack spam is gonna just let you parse on them. I'm sure somebody will find a combo to get it to work, only to discover it's not worth the trouble lol

    It is 4 seconds which starts right as the first one lands, and you can't add another stack till after the third second of that so if you throw in flight time and the fact the game is hella laggy >.<

    Maybe in CP PvP I always forget that's a thing, those battles take long enough to reliably activate it but it would be less impactful damage. A overload elemental wep build *shrug* sorcs can get away with the most free casting, but again if they don't roll or LoS they will be dead before any falcon punches happen. oooo maybe in no CP cyrodil there is lots of potatoes there ^^
