Generally crit is not the stat you should be looking for for PvP, it is mostly weapon damage. Crit builds are rarely seen, since most people in pvp have high crit resistances.
In your case i would drop aegis caller before hundings rage, since a stationary proc will not be a big threat for enemies. Most stamina wardens use sets like fury, spriggan, essence thief or new moon acolyte. Every armor piece should be impenetrable and investing a bit into health and off-stats via prismatic glyphs is kind of a must....
Hole this kind of helps for the start. It looks like you have a long way to go gettinf familiar with pvp, but eventually you will get there. Especially the beginning will be hard, so dont get discouraged too fast.
Chances are, the actual answer is: refine your rotation more.
Your rotation will be the first and most important thing to nail down. Gear comes after.
Hundings, Veli, and Aegis should be a good setup. Veli is quite meta. Hundings is a solid beginner set. Aegis, however, is looking (because it is a brand new set) to be more of a AOE trash-clearing set and not a single-target set.
If you are wanting to maximise your PVE single-target damage, then pairing Hundings with either Leviathan or Briarheart would be a good start.
