I've had an issue with my account in the new year's event.
The support said that it was because I had to wait a time before sending mails. The account was "unblocked" but since I'm having major bugs on my account.
The last ticket I sent # 200228-004396 is asking me to delete the data and how to do it on XBox, on Playstation but I'm playing on PC.
I have been
very patient since the block of my account (
since the last week of December 2019), I've had a lot of hope with the new patch but
nothing changed for me!
I'm an ESO+ subscriber, I bought the Elswyer chapter and other chapters as well and I pre-purchased Greymoor. I want to be able to play properly!
Can you please to fix it?
