A Time for Mud and Mushrooms quest bug

I'm doing the Psijic portals quests and am currently unable to activate the last portal within Shadowfen's Percolating Mire on my main that has already done this quest some time ago. Everytime I get near the entrance of the town, the quest marker shows up, then poof, it's gone.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom I'm assuming this is a known bug, but if not, well now it should be. Hopefully this'll be fixed in a later PTS patch.

Rzebco✭Not exactly Same Issue but appears this Quest is having issues again.. I am at the end part of the quest and being directed to "Talk to Josajeh" except she is not visible. Her Marker is showing in Ceporah Tower. There are also a lot of people standing around here I assume waiting for her character to possibly Spawn in.. We won't even get into the local Chat comments..
I am on XBOX North America. This is what I have tried so far:
1. Travelled to another part of the world and back - no Fix.
2. Restarted the Game -No Fix
3. Shutdown XBOX completely and unplugged for 30 seconds - No Fix
4. I have completed a different Quest unrelated and came back - No Fix.
Basically this skill line is stuck for now.. Also, this is a new Character Created within the last week.0 -
