Can't click the Crown Store Tabs since the Update!

Hey all,

I can't click the tabs on the top-right of the Crown Store since I updated to the latest patch.

I'm assuming there is some addon causing this, but did anyone else figure this out already?

you cant access the crownstore? dont worry a special task force is already on it - expect a fix before you wake up today!!

maybe try disable addons one by one starting with the ones that alter user interface

Looks like a possible graphics issue to me. Windows can do crazy things with list boxes and list columns and buttons and everything graphical if you start changing the DPI scaling and other graphical settings on your desktop.

I just saw this on CNN's breaking news report. Footage on Zos' studio HQ-they have sirens going off, loads of police, I think I saw Zeni's CEO show up in helicopter.

This has been a problem for me as well since the last update. Disabling all addons doesn't help, so it seems to be unrelated to them. A workaround I've found is to select "Quit" from the menu and then click the daily rewards banner on the confirmation screen. After that you can select any tab you want.

I rescaled my UI in the settings and that fixed this issue.

Surprisingly, just toggling Custom Scaling on and off again (without using the slider!) seems to have fixed it for me.

Hmm I don't have this issue. I wonder if this was the issue that was zenimax's reason to disable custom ui with console controllers.
I wouldn't worry to much about this. As long as people still have access to the crown store or can access it I don't think they will worry to much about it. They might work on it I don't know. But I'm sure there are other issues that are even more important. However if people couldn't use crownstore at all that would be top priority I would imagine because of the fact that is how they get a lot of their money.
