Accidentally purchased something I would never buy because I thought I was hitting the preview buttons and was only half paying attention. lesson learned DO NOT HIT BUTTONS like a SPEED DEMON. UGH! ARGH.

I have refunded various items without any problem whatsoever. Everything from crown purchases to ingame things for gold, AP, and other currencies.
Was it a proper a ticket, as in a "ask for help" one where you write what your problem is? And did you respond to the automatic response if so?[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!0 -

We live in a world where you need to yell and scream repeatedly for things to happen. Keep replying saying that your issue is not resolved until it is.
It would be nice if all requests were treated the same, but you will often get the brushoff at least a few times before you even talk to a living being, let alone see any results.1
