Large pixelated textures
After the update 25 the water and land textures are all large blocks of black and white pixels, including certain skill animation effects that are enlarged pixels of the skill color (for example large blue and green pxiels for necromancer skills). Water is no where to be seen and is replaced by large water pixels that are attached to the land. This issue has never occurred before and was only seen right after update 25.

Try seeing if you have the same gpu as these people; one of the threads is also getting staff attention.1
