Why is your targeting system whacky?

Is it supposed to be this way where I can't even see the names of my allies...even when the enemy is out of LoS?

    Well it's one o those rare things that is understandable. How many times you dumped meteor on rat or other creature? Maybe it's made like this to prioritize important combat targets. I'm not sure though would it prioritize monster over a creature... Just trying to understand it.

    — They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.

    It's one if the most annoying things in this game. The targeting is a load of rubbish. The invisible hit boxes of random stuff is always blocking what you want to see.

    Think of it this way - in the location you are at, which of these two targets can you actually attack?

    The answer to that question is why you are targeting the netch.

    It makes sense when the bull netch is alive but when it is dead it shouldn't be targeted instead of the person

    The point is, you can't target the person. It's not an enemy NPC.

    It would be nice if dead, non-lootable NPCs didn't pop up those name plates. Good suggestion for them to implement in the future!

    i think the targeting Radius in the game is to big. like there should be a function that allows you to adjust how Pin point you want the targeting to be or not be

    It's more then just the size of the hit box. When fighting enemies your "un-aimed" attacks will go towards the target with the highest % of health. Not the highest actual health, the highest % of health. So if a boss is at 25% health with 100, 000 of actual health, your "un-aimed" attacked will hit that rabbit that just ran by because it is at 100% health with 100 actual health. Having your ult or execute go off target is intended.

    That is why my Jesus Beam hits the highest health player many times rather than the player in execute range I aimed at.
