For me its crashing only in cyro.. New dungeons are fine and others older maps too..

I’m crashing in pve as well. Once when I was trying to quit the game actually so that was novel.

Even tho they made that the official thread. I don't know what they expect, people are losing money and viewers cuz of this, entire campaigns are ghost towns cuz of this and entire PvP guilds are just disappearing. All this because something was added post PTS without testing.

typically ZOS. They will give informations when their fix will be patched. I think actually they're still investigating and testing fixes.

Yes ; it just amazing that Gina wrote "we will post news here" and few hours later a mod just closed the thread because of 2-3 messages ; so where the news are supposed to be posted now? do they even communicate together?

For me, I am ok with the info that they must wait for the next patch (monday?) ; and I believe that is a complicated issue, that you cannot resolve in one snap (I have never seen that amount of crashes, it is a huge issue) ; my guildies were happy to get at least some news, to have something to look forward, trying to be patient.
But I understand too the anger of upset people who crashed 30 or 40 times ; they should have the right to express that anger ; closing the thread doesn't help to trust the team in charge.

(I hope this one won't be closed now......)

Oh my. Just do NOT rush this patch out to consoles until you have actually managed to fix it.

It takes ages for anything to get fixed nowdays so bringing this disaster before you sort this mess out... well ... just delay the damn thing.

Infact that news was only updated yesterday evening.
And a "calendar" was provided only yesterday too, after 2 days of "investigating" :

"Just to update everyone on the current status, we are now testing some fixes for a number of the crashes you're running into both for PvE and Cyrodiil. Unfortunately due to the nature of the issues and the subsequent fixes, these cannot be hotfixed, but will instead be going into our next incremental patch. We know this is frustrating, and we want to get this fixed as quickly as possible. As long as the fixes pass QA, you can expect to see them early next week.

We'll continue to provide daily updates as we receive more information, both here and in the pinned Known Issues thread."

and 3 days ago it was "check your addons" :

"A lot of the crashes we're seeing are actually due to out-of-date addons; please make sure they are disabled until the addon authors have a chance to update."

It's ok not to be able to solve the complex issue like that in just one day, and it's also ok to close the impolite speech threads and remove such posts.
What isn't ok is the fact that various bugs and glitches repeat over and over again for months and years already, and they still didn't find the way how to solve them or improve the general quality of the game.

The current situation with Cyrodiil being basically unplayable only furthers the belief that ZOS doesn't doesn't consider PvP all that important, when in fact many PvP players are ESO+ subscribers. I'll give them a reasonable amount of time to work through the issues but if the instability persists many of us will have to reconsider handing over $70-ish bucks every three months for ESO+. It's really that simple. You can complain here or you can cancel and play some other game. The latter is the only thing ZOS really cares about. Complaining here is just farting in the wind.

Haven't spent too much time in PVE.

I posted about this in another thread but I figured I would respond here as well(because, well, we know each other in game). The crashes seem to be affecting everyone differently which is really weird. I have seen people with new rigs that are more than powerful enough to run this game crashing constantly and others with sub-par rigs not crashing at all. Now I know they said that the changes were supposed to help the older, less powerful systems more and that they would see the bulk of the positive so I think your argument about the 1994 rigs is null(even though I get what you're saying). But the biggest take away @Rave the Histborn is that the crashes are affecting everyone differently and that is the most troubling part, like they can't pin point the root cause and we could be chasing our tails for months on this issue.

I agree they are supposed to improve performance on those machines but that's the same reason there's problems arising. People need to give it more than 2 days before expecting things to happen though.

Hope you come back to the game soon though. I saw you post in one of Cavedog's threads but the game's in a better state then these news station forum posts have been portraying.
