Choice is too tough for me. Both Elsweyr and Summerset were well done as far as chapter atmosphere goes and I like them a lot, but they are slightly behind the others. Morrowind is just a beautiful Nerevar Rising redux and I absolutely adore the chorals. It's perfect. Base game has more of a standing of its own though and is severely underrated as a TES theme, it's a great piece.
