Is there any ETA when the PTS data will be swapped back to NA? And if so, when will the snapshot be taken to upload.

✭They're taking the live servers down for maintenance and patching in just over 2 hours from the time I'm typing this post, so I doubt there will be too much done with the PTS for a bit.0 -

No, PTS is virtually never fully updated with live updates until the next cycle.0 -

No, ZOS has been doing an occasional update between PTS cycles ... so don't expect a months-long EU copy.
