Murkmire Collector's Bundle - can't be gifted

The Murkmire Collector's Bundle can't be gifted to those who own Murkmire, which applies to many players as the DLC was a daily reward when it was originally released.
Is this intended @ZOS_GinaBruno? Will it be fixed while the bundle is available in the store?

✭✭It's always the issue. It's the same with a Guilds and Glory pack for example. There's a problem with gifting it since they made Imperial City free.
