Suspension time

My account was suspended but I can't find the email stating how long it's for or when the suspension is up. How do I find this out?

You can see all submitted tickets (closed and opened) by logging into the ESO Help Portal and clicking on the "My Support" option.

I went to the link and logged in but it's not doing anything when I hit log in. Like at all. But I'm logged in here. It's really strange.0 -
