Acquiring Greymoor and Elsweyr after a year and a half break

I saw that if you bought the digital copy of Greymoor (not the upgrade) you get the previous expansions. Is there a cheaper upgrade option in which i can start playing Elsweyr by preordering the Greymoor expansion?

✭✭✭✭✭I don't believe so, no. Elsweyr is still the current year's Chapter which means it's still being sold as a standalone. If you wait until AFTER Greymoor is released then Elsweyr will (assuming) become a normal DLC which can then either be purchased with Crowns or unlocked with ESO Plus. Looks like you save US$20 by purchasing the full Greymoor game over purchasing the Elsweyr and Greymoor upgrades. Question is whether you can enter in the code to activate Elsweyr on an existing account.XBox EU/NA:@ElsonsoJannus

Yeah that's what I was thinking too. I wouldn't mind buying it, but I'd like to know if its compatible with existing accounts first.0
