The /bug report sending crashes game

When you try to send a message with max allowed message length it crashes the game.

On which platform and mega-server did this occur? ZOS cannot investigate without that information. Please read and follow the Guidelines For Bug Report Forum.
What is the source for the lines of output which you included in the OP?
It might also be useful to run the GameConsultant application which is installed in the /Launcher folder of the game installation. Submit a copy of your OP above, with the Game Consultant output file attached, via the Support feature of the ESO website. Since the system crashed while sending the Feedback, I do not suppose that it was received, so currently there is no Ticket number.
Personally, I have used /bug too many times to recall with the maximum length for the text, usually with a screenshot attached, without crashing TESO on PC NA. You might have an issue with the CPU and/or the memory installed in your computer.
