I'd also like for it to be a bit more weave-friendly; it's really bad about queueing up and clipping light attacks.

Flame skull is a spammable not a burst skill like Crystal Shards. That said it is way too slow.

The sorc counterpart to skulls doesn't exist. If anything skulls should be comparable to crushing shock. Which it is.

Don't see it at all. Crushing shock is not a projectile, applies more elemental debuffs, can proc more elemental sets, is a ranged interrupt and much faster.

i love the theme of this projectile but it's just too slow to effectively use as a pvp spammable. i really really want to use it. but it's just not usable compared to other spammables.

Yes but skulls are instant, and have a guaranteed buff to damage. With frags it's all rng for insta proc, otherwise there is a cast time. Blast bones are necros fragsit skulls.

Just a bit faster travel time and being easier to weave light attacks with it and it would be bueno. Sadly right now i only use it at some overland content where an "RP" skill like functionality does not matter so my spammable shows i play a Necro and not a discount Magsorc with the Force Pulse spam.

While the Psijic spammable (Elemental Weapon) is good, it often feels a bit clunky and is affected by ping spikes. It also makes annoying high-pitched sound everytime you use it.

Optimally if Flame Skull was faster and weave-friendly, i`d use that on Destro bar spammable and on some builds i`d have Elemental Weapon on Resto staff (for reasons, yes at PVP).

Well, atleast the Colossus SMASH always shows my necromancer school of dark arts.

Pretty much always on almost all classes (except Templar) on mag specs i end up using Crushing Shock as spammable, i often keep it for PVE runs too, switching the morph all the time sucks.. and interrupting boss mechanics (and thus helping the tank occasionally too to save stam from Bashes) and mobs cast-timed abilities is a nice bonus, even though the Force Pulse cleave damage is very nice number always on Combat Metrix.

Considering Zos ideally wants their class skills to be desireable to slot over weapon/guild skills i´d argue this as untrue.

The Cost is too high and the functionality is useless from a pvp pov - ele weapon and crushing shock are both superior in every way there.
