My character is perma stuck

I jump in a crate and my screen become blue, like I am falling from the sky.
I stuck but I revive in the same spot, I cant fast travel so I am perma stuck.
I opened a live chat with customer support 3 times, I waited about 30 min, nobody comes, I need someone to unstuck my character!
I have another live chat open again.... waiting

✭Hey, @Perseas. If you haven't already, please try typing the /stuck command into your chat box. This should force your character to respawn at the nearest Wayshrine.0 -
Perseas✭✭✭i did its not working, after i press "E" revive in the nearest spot, my character remains there and falling

THyphonSoul ShrivenI have a similar problem I tried traveling to the wayshrine outside of Davon's Watch, when i went to get on my mount it said i couldnt mount in this area then the screen went blue followed by my character screaming constantly. I can't fast travel and on the map it says im in a zone i haven't even been to yet. Haven't tried /stuck, going to try log back in a second time.0 -
Flynch✭✭✭✭I found that if I closed the client entirely and booted it back up, my char was back where he was originally before falling into the void. Logging back in from the main menu just resulted in the same extremely dire framerate and the screaming. So i'd heartily suggest closing the client completely.0 -

Same exact thing happened to me last night. i got stuck in that blue sky void - not falling or anything, and unable see myself in 3rd person - and logging out to character select then back in brought fixed where I was but killed my framerate.

NeeScrolls✭✭✭✭Similar 'thing' happened to me (i was seemingly thousands of feet high above in the blue sky AIR , over the Stonewalls/Bal Foyel map) and literally nothing worked...except finally *this* :
1) Opened up the Map and tried fast-travel to a nearby Wayshrine
2) waited about 10 seconds, as nothing happened except for a brief load-screen which took me right back to same stuck spot in the air
3) Since i was grouped at the time (as group Leader) , i opened up the Group tab (i'm sure Friends List or Guild Roster tabs would work too) and right-clicked my buddy's toon and chose 'TRAVEL TO' them
4) this time, a more immediate load-screen appeared...and then...after about five seconds: bam! i was back on the ground like normal!!
No clue if any of this was helpful to anyone else but figured i'd post it [here and in other related threads] just in case.

Same exact thing is CONSTANTLY happening to me. My character has spent more time in this blue, untextured void than in any playable area in the game. You do not appear on any in game map, /zone chat stops functioning, the UI compass lists all directions and objectives in the same direction on top of each other, all functions and actions are disabled and /stuck and revive at nearest wayshrine just respawns you in the same position / situation. Leads me to believe that the character is being displaced outside the textured zones of the map and world (I.E. the dungeon board has a textured and programmed area of say 100x100x100 map and characters are somehow getting placed at coordinates outside that data field like 58135897235987x100x100). I'm assuming this brakes the parameters for "nearest wayshrine" placement because the game literally doesn't know where you are... so there is no nearest wayshrine.
Worth noting...So far it happens almost exclusively while "landing" from a jump, and usually it's on an uneven textured surface.

Perseas✭✭✭it happened to me again, so after i stuck, travel and nothing happens, I logged with a different character, then back and it fixed.... Some times fix and some times not.0
