Besides that:
No new weapons.
No new skill lines.
No new combat features.
we're actually getting 2 new skill lines, both of which tie into antiquities which is how you get the new mythic gear
We are getting two skill lines for Antiquities which don't affect combat at all. They're like the passive skill lines of TG/DB.
what does it matter if they don't tie into combat? it's still two brand new skill lines
If you just look at the content being released with the new chapter, it seems a bit light.
However, the studio is ALSO spending a large amount of resources on something at least equally important - performance - the fact that they are implementing multi-threading processing to the game engine is a huge deal and will potentially result in a very noticeable performance boost for everyone.

Do none of you remember Elsweyr gave us the Grappling Hook?

Maybe that's not your thing because it's not combat related, you don't do housing, or you don't care that people who aren't into the high end multiplayer content can get competitive gear via playing, but really that's a you problem.
Hi, I wasn't able to watch the stream, even though its still going on; what is Greymoor adding to the game?
Western Skyrim (Solitude)
Blackreach
Vamp Rework
Kyne's Aegis (Trial)
Map Events
Antiquities
Skyrim Dailies
Is that everything? We saw in the Harrowstone DLC someone crossing gaps with an offhand (left) crossbow.

I think that many people will probably consider the vampire skill line to be a new skill line. It sounds like they are changing it
quite a bit. Makes me wonder if they are going to remove the skill line if you already have it.
They are reworking the Vampire skill line in the same way they did with Werewolves. It's not a new skill line and it's not even a Chapter feature, it's a base game update. They'll add 3 more active skills, twerk the others a bit and call it a day.
They will even change Ultimate. Let's become Vampire Lords : D

Higher level of grind. (same as other games, so don't get mad, it is what 'we' want)
Only thing I have wanted since 2014 is a Magicka weapon that is NOT a STAFF! I HATE Magicka being locked to a staff, it is so dull. I wanted to be a Spellblade like I can be in any other Elder Scrolls Game.
ZoS just seems to not care about that.
