Eso I'm disappointed in you. The off balance change is still broken gameplay!

I gave time to see if you would fix this but you haven't. You drop the ball. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE with off balance heavy attack builds. You must fix the abilitie for purge or cleanse to break channel heavy attack like a lightning or resto staff. This is a MAJOR ISSUE because with up time of off balance being applied to a target in pvp cut in half. The ABILITIES to use 2 purge or cleanse make the use of a lightning or resto resto heavy attack all but non EXISTING DURING A OFF BALANCE. Therefore eliminating your goal and WORDS of providing a window for off balance. Because of the now gameplay mechanic of a off balance cooldown it greatly now more then even makes it even more challenging to play a heavy attack off balance pvp build. And that's ok, what not ok is to completely make the uptime non EXISTING against a user that can spam purge or cleanse. Without a change to purge or cleanse behavior. The new pts off balance change WILL DESTROY BUILD DIVERSITY. Please balance the new pts off balance in pvp. By not ALLOWING A HEAVY ATTACK TO BE PURGE OR CLEANSE OFF.

    even if it cannot be purged the cc from off balance would be incredibly bad. new off balance has a 7 seconds uptime, and cc imunity is 6 seconds long. CC imunity first starts the moment the enemy breaks free, so for all intends and purposes you will never manage more than 1 stun during the off balance duration. Then you have to wait 15 seconds before you can apply the off balance again. so over a period of 15+7= 22 seconds you will not be able to cc more than once with such a build. regular builds with have 3 ccs in that period. So in a perfect situation where it cannot be purged, it would still be incredibly sub standard and pointless to use

    I'm my opinion eso has attempted to sell players on the idea that heavy attack builds can be fun and competitive. When I think of dlc over the years. And fail attempt at Premiere sets with dlc zone or content. For me, 2 sets come to mind. Knight slayer and galerion revenge. For me both of these set came out as premier sets that was the interesting option during the dlc of sewers and battle ground. However no one is farming these sets. Some may think its because no one what's to heavyattack. But I'm here to say it mainly because it completely uphill and unbalance to play against a templar and almost kill them and have them cleanse ritual and break your heavy build channel. If you have a set like knight slayer and your bonus damage is in the last tick of a heavyattack. You almost never get to the last tic during a low health templar for they will just cleanse ritual off your heavyattack. Which kills your build potential to get kills. This gameplay destroy build diversity.
