PTS Update 25 - Download time.

It took me a full week to download the PTS update 25. When update 25 drops on "live", can I copy the PTS files over to the live directory and have the launcher/patcher patch those files up to date? Or do I have to miss a full week of daily logins and other goodies? And forced to ask for a week credit of ESO+ sense I can not use it.
