Requesting follow-up response ticket from Jan. 19
My wife and I wanted to jump back into the game however her account has been locked. She put in a ticket and submitted the requested account info(game key, character, etc.) on Jan. 19 and has not received a response nor is the account unlocked. Could someone please follow-up on this? The ticket number is #200119-003109.
