Hi, do you know whats the actual ETA of technical ticket in this specific moment ?
I've opened a ticket (200125-004869), for a locked toon, one week ago and it's still on status "waiting for an agent".
I think it's a bit too much not receiving any feedback after one week but maybe the service level is lower than my expectations.
