Not getting bonuses in Cyrodiil

For several days now, the emp bonus, and multiple others are not being applied in Cyrodiil. Not much else to say. What's the point in the alliance fighting for emp if no one gets their bonuses?

In my experience that has never been required to get the emp bonus. I’ve gotten it before on campaigns that were not set as home. Same with scroll and keep buffs.
This has been a recurring issue for years, from the various threads I can see here. Supposedly relogging fixes it, but especially during this event that typically requires sitting in a queue all over again.0
