We just completed both dungeons on the PTS with three players - two DPS and one tank. No healer needed. We had no idea what we were doing and breezed through both. Others are even getting through both either solo or with two.

Consider buffing the dungeons and adjusting mechanics to make it somewhat challenging. Healers still feel irrelevant in 4-man content with the exception of a couple specific situations such as Moongrave Fane hard mode. I'm not seeing much progress here.
