How did harmony not receive a nerf?

    Bombers in Cyrodiil are an important part of the food chain, so to speak. They keep large-scale groups in check by providing a hard counter to clustered enemies in a single spot - that's literally why a set like Vicious Death exists. Outside of this niche use, a bomber build is highly impractical in non-ambush-based combat so the build itself is balanced by this limitation.

    If you want to see less bomber builds in Cyrodiil, then be part of the solution and don't zerg. Bomber builds are like a response to an overpopulation of a certain species in the environment. When the overpopulated food source dies down, so too does the response by nature.

    As the game has developed though, bombers have become increasingly more irrelevant beyond stationary targets like flag bombs.

    I've been bombblading since before morrowind, the reality is that as they've added and tweaked things in the game mitigation or ways or dealing with high damage output in a very short time has been mitigated a great deal to the point where its no longer viable to bomb moving groups or buffed groups because you simply cannot get through their mitigation anymore. You can try and time it so you get them while their buffs aren't up or whatever but its extremely niche.

    They're an important and often ignored part of PvP. I've stopped playing bombblade these days because its just no longer fun nor is it even remotely viable beyond 1 very specific situation anymore. This is in CP PvP though so I cannot speak for no-CP but honestly its somewhat impossible to do it efficiently anymore unless there is a telvar event or people stack flags which is incredibly boring. Hitting groups on the move that was fun. You cannot even do that anymore.

    Bombblades need a buff. The proxy det cap removal was not enough. Tether stuns being capped to something relatively small which is 6 is pitful compared to the amount of people zerging which is a huge hindrance in the current climate. More so proven with the mayhem event.

    Magblade bombing requires a dedicated ultimate glass cannon build that cannot perform in any other way, a harmony magcro bomber does not
