As of the Dragonhold update, Bound Armaments was reworked to add more uniqueness into a Stamina Sorcerer’s rotation.
While there was positive response to a rework being done on this skill, there are also complaints of it being a copy/paste of the Nightblade skill “Grim Focus”. In other words, it is arguably not unique and rotations are familiar in feeling to those of Nightblades.
Would you like Bound Armaments to add variety into a Stamina Sorcerer’s skillset with a different proc condition (which does not resemble Grim Focus)?
Bound Armaments
Arm yourself with the power of Oblivion for 40 seconds, causing your Light and Heavy Attacks to summon a Bound weapon for 10 seconds, up to 4 times. You can reactivate the ability for half cost to arm the weapons, causing them to strike your target for X Physical Damage every 0.3 seconds. While slotted, your Maximum Stamina is increased by 8% and Light Attack damage is increased by 10%.
Furthermore, would you like Bound Armaments to more or less function as a Stamina version of the Crystal Fragments proc? (taking after a Sorcerer skill rather than a Nightblade skill)
Crystal Fragments vs suggested rework
Crystal Fragments
Conjure dark crystals to bombard an enemy, dealing X Magic Damage. Casting any other Magicka Ability has a 35% chance of causing your next Crystal Fragments to be instant, deal 33% more damage, and cost 50% less Magicka.

Bound Armaments (suggested)
Arm yourself with the power of Oblivion, increasing your Maximum Stamina by 8% and Light Attack damage by 10%. Casting Stamina Abilities has a 35% chance to summon four Bound weapons for 10 seconds. Activate to arm the weapons, causing them to strike your target for X Physical Damage every 0.3 seconds.
(essentially what it would look like to make Bound Armaments more like Crystal Fragments)
