My sustain to use abilities and deal damage is far more important than health regen in 99.9% of builds for pvp and pve.
Sure you can argue for improvements to vampire. They may need it in some areas, but the health regen penalty is an absolute joke as it's no real penalty at all for anyone with the ability to heal at all.

And you'll be immune to Defile. Defile applies again to received heal, not to healing regen. You'd be immune even to Fasalla's Guille.

The great change is that FEEDING NOW INCREASES VAMPIRE STAGE.
So, if stages 2/3/4 had 25/50/75% health regen impairment reduced to 25/50/75, (supposedly reduced by Unnatural Resistance to 0/25/50) quickly advancing due to using abilities, now probably abilities either heal vampire stage or do nothing.
Which means that vampire abilities are very usable with a minimum or NO HEALTH REGEN cost. Forget about Undeath. It was stupid anyway, when you are almost dead to be ultra resilient.
The percentual cost, Green Blood - like of Drain, or even the Mist Form have a lot of logic now. You have no trouble not being healed in Mist Form, because heath regen is not impaired.
Overall, looks good to me.
I think Werewolves are fantastic and wouldn't change them. Vampires on the other hand are terrible.

Found the guy that likes free passives with no upkeep work.
Jokes aside, I genuinely do not see the logic in finding the current vampire skill line "fantastic".
literally doesnt make sense unless you're afraid of losing your free stats because you dont want to actually play as a vampire. ...Even though you're a vampire.
