Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this .. but I am experiencing very long load times, especially at peak times (early morning it usually works fine). It takes a while to load the world, and if I get there it may sometimes take an additional 5 minutes to actually load (and be able to interact with) NPCs.
To do the writs and do riding lessons on 3 characters late in the evening may take an hour or more. Loading the stable master and bank employee takes endless and I can really make a cup of coffee before it's finally there.

I have an average PC with win10 64-bit 8GB memory a flash drive and a fx570 graphics card.
