I'd doubt that this is something you can see in pts. There's a really small number of players in there and they have very limited time to test a lot of things.

Outcome will be more clear when it comes to live i think.

Hard to tell when I'm busy being agrivated by a huge, ugly, gamepad UI thats poorly textured and seems to most likely make it to live.
