How do you figure they’re doing 30% less damage by running BRP DW? In melee range by running an infused weapon damage enchant on your back bar quick cloak is as close as you can get to 100% uptime on the enchant. If you use hots to heal, which everyone does, just pop quick cloak and switch back to offense.
Idk if the set should be nerfed though it will be mandatory. With damage up major evasion to help counter blastbones and shalks burst will be pretty handy. I think stamwarden and stamnecros will be pretty deadly.
All the cost reduction is really doing is allowing mag builds to run it too.
I just mean that someone casting Wrecking Blow, Wrecking Blow, Quick Cloak is doing a lot less damage than someone casting Wrecking Blow, Wrecking Blow, Wrecking Blow. So their opponent might be annoyed they are harder to kill, but that opponent might not even be alive to complain otherwise.
In general it seems like people are dissatisfied anytime their opponent doesn’t immediately fall over.
This is not a realistic example of PvP at all. You use Quick Cloak until your weapon damage peaks and you're ready to ult. BRP allows you to stalemate almost infinitely until you're ready to drop huge damage.

Totally agree, Healing is already overtuned because they buffed it in scalebreaker to battle dots, but they nerfed dots to the ground and kept healing as it is, so you see vigor and rapid regen ticking for insane numbers, and even more insane numbers with blackrose resto.
And BRP DW is just a straight carry, I run it on my stamplar and I literally have on demand 38% mitigation, and 63% mitigation to aoe abilities.

As an exaggerated example, if 1 mill damage came in, the daggers could cause you to negate 300 THOUSAND damage. With the resto staff you could heal for a tick of 8 k.
Again, NOT EVEN anywhere on the same planet. Resto staff is fine, the daggers are not. We do not need ANOTHER blow to magicka users, when vigor out performs every single resto staff self heal already.

Both are not fine, both rapid regen and vigor need a reduction, especially rapid regen because it can be given to other people. both have insane high tick numbers
hmm I wasnt even thinking of quick cloak but could make sense to pair with stam sorc. Does the set also work with flurry?
