Will the new Elf Bane set be any good in PVE for any of the classes?

Looking pretty good on Mag DK, not as good on other classes.

I'm ready to make a Mag DK again so I can treat it like a Stam Sorc with Grothdarr.

Zaan better not get this crap nerfed.. We need more sets like this.

Honestly Zaan is why I ask. Because I don't know if other classes with a smaller amount of flame skills and Zaan would be good, or if only MagDK would get anything out of it even with Zaan.

The only thing I really play is my pet sorc which obviously wouldn't benefit. But I'm willing to try something else out haha.

I wouldn't think so. Sounds like it would just make your rotation weird.

You could do Unstable Wall + Liquid Lightning, they would last 14/15s.

That would require you to use the set with chest/legs heavy, 3x jewelry. Maybe you're using Reach and Scalding Rune, that would give 15s/17s.

Oh sorry meant asking about something other than either a magdk or a pet sorc. Any of the other classes.

2nd best would probably be Templar, since Elf Bane would increase the duration of Fiery Rage, Wall, Vamp Bane, Zaan and Burning. You could also add Flame Reach and Scalding Rune. But MagDK gets the Elf Bane benefit on so much more with Eruption, Engulfing Flames, Burning Embers, Standard of Might, and even Burning Talons.
