How do I redeem this? I got an email for this but it just directs me ESO home page.. Is this automatic that if I sub I get a free month? There is nothing in the process saying this other than the email I received.

Subscribe. If you do not get it automatically submit a ticket to CS. I did that and had to submit a ticket and the response was fast.
