Magicka Flood passive broken...again?

Hi, does anyone else noticed that the Siphoning passive "Magicka Flood" doesnt work when you have 1 or all or multiple siphoning skills slotted on the bar or all bars and basically all possible combinations?
Basically what I noticed is that on my tankblade I used to have with 0 attributes in max magicka slightly over 20.000 max magicka...and I noticed today I have 18.000 then it occurred to me...

✭✭✭✭On Xbox, I have leeching on my back bar and no skills from that tree on my front bar on my stamblade.
It gives me the increased magica on my front bar instead of the bar it should for some reason. Which is annoying, because I have zero magica skills on my front bar...
But it works fine on my mageblade and saptank for some reason.

✭Transfer passive also didn't generate ultimate outside fight, even when there is no combat requirement in description. But Nb was a mess for a long time and devs didn't care so I think we need to used to bugs, eventualy change class xd0
