Can't open a ticket from the website (after signing in)
When I sign into the Support section of the website and click "Submit a Ticket," the page it leads to is blank except for an ad announcing that "ESO's New Chapter: Elsweyr" is "coming June 4."

I've tried on multiple browsers. I know I'm signed in because I can see my previous tickets.
Edited to clarify title - I can sign in, but I can't submit a ticket.
