Can't open a ticket from the website (after signing in)

When I sign into the Support section of the website and click "Submit a Ticket," the page it leads to is blank except for an ad announcing that "ESO's New Chapter: Elsweyr" is "coming June 4."

I've tried on multiple browsers. I know I'm signed in because I can see my previous tickets.
Edited to clarify title - I can sign in, but I can't submit a ticket.

Emathides✭✭✭I've also tried this on multiple browsers and am receiving the same result.
Ended up sending the ticket from in game, because you can still access tickets raised on the support site, but can't actually raise a ticket there.
