Recover previous forum account after administrator changed password

I had a forum account since around 2014. I hadn't played or used the account for probably 8 months or more. When I try to log into it tells me the password has been changed. I can't reset the password because the email tied to it is invalid now. How can I just get that email account updated so I can reset the password and no lose almost 5 years worth of discussions, badges, replies etc.

Kinslayer1447Soul ShrivenThis would be for the forum account only. All my other accounts for the game client login. The website to activate or change my subscription are all tied to the right email. When I try to recover password or forgot password on the forum though I type in that email address and it says it doesn't exist, but the only one I can't access anymore it says it has sent the link
