Constant studders

Anyone else having issues in pve where the game will stop for a split second every couple minutes like it drops a packet or something. Anything I can do to fix that? its very annoying.

Do you currently use any addons, like esohead markers maybe? If you do try and disable them.

This add on has caused this problem before. If you do not have this add on, or any addons at all I'm not really sure.

I half-way agree; disabling the marker add-on changed nothing for me, but disabling the ESOhead main add-on removed all stutter completely, once I reloaded the UI.
Of course, that means I can't use any of the ESO add-ons, but I miss those about as much as I miss the stutter.

Everytime I enter a different zone without a loading screen it freezes for a second. I tried disabling all my addons but it still did it :/

My windows desktop had that, I restarted the whole computer and it seemed to work just fine now. You might also try lowering the resolution or close the background programs running like your browser, email program, torrent program, etc.

Also your windows search might be doing an indexing burst which you can google online on how to disable indexing.
This is my Signature, but not really because I didn't sign it with a pen and its not my name.
