... and customer support is silent for 5 days already. The whole conversations with customer support is going for 2 weeks already and nothing has been done so far.
It was all back and forth where even customer support wasn't sure if payment went through (as they first assured me the payment was declined and I'm going to get a refund).
Gladly I paid with PayPal but I would prefer to not ask them to look into this case (for now I'm positive they will refund it because the good has not been delivered so far).
