Account Recovery ticket

Hello! I recently submitted a ticket in regards to recovering my account. It took 8 days for the first response and I replied to the email straight away. Its about 3 days now with no response. As this is an account recovery ticket, there is no way for me to check the status of it, so hopefully my email actually went through. Any help or update is appreciated.
