I don’t know who had this idea, maybe it was Fengrush from what I’ve heard, but it’s a great idea and not my own.
Reduce all major 30% buffs to 15% and make the minors from 15 to 8%. Right now people in cp pvp are too tanky. They can half healing and damage in pvp, half those 30% buffs. Crutching on major protection, major maim, minor maim, major vitality, major mending in pvp make so many people damn near unkillable in cp pvp. It also make certain sets overpowered. Being able to sit back on a major vulnerability and soon major berserk in a 100% tank set up will allow you to kill people when it really shouldn’t. I think many problems would dissolve in pvp if this change was made.
