All healer sets are bad: Vestments of Olorime, The Worm’s Raiment, Healing Mage,.. They are really nothing more than buff other players and make your own character weaker at healing and damage.

If you are in a zone where you can use Blade of Woe, why would you even bother wasting potions, resources, time, whatever instead of just BladeofWoing everything? If you can kill mobs with Blade of Woe, you can do that even naked, therefore the set is useless.

Blade of Woe only works on certain humanoids, you have to be behind and crouched, and other humanoids (including guards) will come assist your victim if you are spotted. Plus, you can rack up hundreds of thousands of gold in bounty very quickly by killing citizens.... which basically renders your character useless for questing, crafting, etc. Also, non human enemies are alerted by the violence and will come to attack you when they see you.
BoW is a very situational effect.... unfortunately the set is not well thought out as Major Berserk and successful BoWing are very different situations. The benefit is useful only in a very narrow set of circumstances.

A healers role should be changed to support! The only thing a healer should be doing is buffing the dps and keeping hots running with some burst heal for 'problem' moments in trials. Also providing 20k dps ~

And its only a heavy set if you use body pieces
I had a fully AoE based warden ice mage, the uptime on this set was basically 100%. Fit the theme and wasn't anything like sithis touch or the crafting one for when you're riding mounts or whatever. Forgot the name of that one. Adept rider?
Anyway... My point is simple... Sucking is just sucking. We need the ultimate "just delete the game files ready".
