so after re-reading the combat direction and the latest post about combat changes i am beginning to wonder whether these changes have anything to do with balanced combat and class identity at all rather a soft way to fix certain server issues due to increased player base and loads, the latest post from the combat team list server load as a reason for block casting changes, i am wondering how many other changes we have seen are actually to ease server pressure, increasing cost of skills means less skills can be cast, increasing channel times and GCD on other skills also reduce the amount of skills being cast at anyone time and subsequently server load having to deal with each client request, i may even go so far to say that some of the login errors are nothing more than a soft queuing system to stagger server load at peak times, i could very well be wrong.........
