I've played some games in my times, especially in the fantasy setting, and having to be some variation of a human (either with longer ears, or taller, or green skinned, or just different ethnicities but still a human) has gotten stale for me

Not that theres anything wrong with them. All the lore the game has does a good job of fleshing each race out.

The khajiit, their species and the very wide variance in that species all the way from big tiger to small house cat, their culture and all that are just a nice refreshing thing to play. Having adaptable stats is a nice trait too

Argonians are a close second. They ugly but dem resources

Roll-dodge passive have grown over me and now all other races just feel slow. I usually add steed or swift jewelry and move at +50-55% speed without any other buffs, this is glorious.
Also bosmers are funny and small, it makes people more eager for 1v1 I think. Yeah, and pony pet looks like your mount, very immersive when you summon actual horse of same type :D

Sane here, never played human in any TES game.
Only Khajiit or elves and in ESO mostly Khajiit.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

But we will see how Zos fks them up in the months to come and perhaps I'll even sink as low as making an Altmer char ( currently the only race I´ve not played in any TES games)

Most fauvorite one, with khajiit being 2nd.
I guess it is simply due to a fact that back in the day when TES III Morrowind launched (1st TES game I have played, then I played TES I & II and Oblivion & Skyrim) those 2 races kinda stood out. Other CRPG games always had human protagonist. D&D crpg games had elves and orcs too, but non other games had a posibility to pick such a unique race. Sure Wizardry 8 had various races, but it was just a character portrait, nothing more.

This one agrees completely. Since arena this one has only played khajiit in any ES game, with one glaring exception. This one has 1 argonian and 17 khajiit in eso.

Without khajiit (and argonians, granted) this game would have nothing to offer over regular fantasy style mmo, and this one would not play.

My main is still my bosmer but I have refused to put points in that dumb pvp/roll passive. That being said all I do these days is log in, do writs, check in with the guild, and then go play a different game like Total War Warhammer.

The combat (and racial passives) have really soured me on this game.

I would love to see an Elsweyr-focused single-player game where one could play as one of a handful of furstocks (to include Alfiq and Senche). It would also be nice to have Naga options for Argonian character creation, in this game or again perhaps one of the numbered single-player ones. The former is obviously a lot more work, but the latter should be fairly easy.

Having non-biped options would set TES games apart from the crowd even more.

That said, I don't have a favorite race in ESO, or TES in general; it usually depends on what kind of character I'm making.
    Army of me:
CP810+: Breton Templar healer, Redguard stamina Warden, Imperial DK tank, Altmer magicka Sorceror, Orc stamina Sorceror/werewolf, Nord Necromancer tank, Khajit TG/DB Nightblade, Bosmer stamina Necromancer, Argonian Warden healer, Dunmer magicka DK, Nord Nightblade tank
Second account, CP400+: Breton magicka Warden, Nord Nightblade healer/solo vampire, Bosmer stamina Templar/werewolf, Dunmer magicka Necromancer, Orc stamina DK, Argonian Warden tank
