Support ticket 191129-001691 still unanswered after a month and a half

I sent in this support ticket November 29th and still haven't gotten a response. I'm not even sure anyone has taken a look at it.

This is the longest I've had to wait for a support ticket of any kind to be replied to and it trumps the previous "record" easily by 5 times as long.

I've had enough. I love this game, I really do, but is there really no one available to help after nearly 2 months?

Please, I need someone to help with this or I cannot see myself playing the game anymore. It's not a threat, I know I'm just one person, but enough is enough.

Well what's the issue? And what way did you write it up? I nearly always have an answer the very next day unless it's minor petty stuff, that doesn't hold me back at all - and it's perfectly understandable why they don't prioritize it.

Did you reply to the initial robo-email from support?
I didn't realize this was a "requirement" until I noticed the 4 day timer at the bottom of the initial email from zos. They consider the issue resolved if you don't follow up.

If you did follow up within the 4 day window then I'd open another ticket.

And did you do a /help ticket? ZOS will not respond at all to /bug or /feedback tickets unless they initiate a contact for more information to help resolve the bug. When ZOS does send you a message via email, be sure to read it, and if the response is non-appropriate or doesn’t help, be sure to respond to that email and let them know exactly what the problem is. Usually I get a response within a day or two from someone at ZOS. And keep messaging them until the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.
