So after much debate and discussion on another forum thread me and a few other fine members of the community have come to some sort of agreement. So in lieu of and auction house I, and maybe others if the support is there, think player should take it upon them selves to hold their own market place.

That is were this thread comes in. We need not only to spread the word for this to work, but also there is the obvious need to decide where the player markets should be.

There should for obvious reasons be one in each factions area. Also it can not be in Cyrodiil because of the number of campaigns, I think doing it there would spread it out too much.

Also all sales should be made over /say chat. This is to keep zone and yell clear of item spam and also to keep within the spirit of Role Play seeing as this is a Role Play Game.
