I love this new Swashbuckler personality. Very well put together.

Its very nice, has nice emotes and doesn't seem to have a sword being swung around but it is a emote that is part of it. Then another form of idea is stabbing the ground with the pirate sword and leaning on it. Very interesting. So its a good personality and better then what I expected. Its worth the buy and the sword animations are optional from what I can tell. Just got to type the certain emotes in to do those. The walk isn't as impressive to me but I do love the rest of it. 
Idle 2 is very nice looking, idle 3 is the stick your cutlass in the ground and lean on it one.
Well I do hope they add a personality with the animation of the idle 3 instead of a sword a cane. That is what it looks like leaning on a cane except its a sword. It really is quite nice looking.
Just a comparasion of the sword leaning animation to everyone's favorite or least favorite prince of madness looks almost identical.

✭I'm actually pretty disappointed with it.
First, the idle stance is just standing. Unlike the assassin idle, where he flips the dagger periodially, this one just stands there. There are idle2 and idle3 stances but they are emotes. It would be nice if he would periodically perform idle2 and idle3. Idle3 is particularly cool but, again, just another emote.
EDITED! I may have spoken too soon. It looks like he's at least alternating between idle1 and idle2. Haven't seen idle3 pop up yet but, if it does, I totally retract my initial disappointment!
There is no run stance. The walking stance is basically irrelevant since no one actually walks except the most hardcore roleplayers and then only when they are actually roleplaying.
The emotes are cool and very well done. But emotes are just emotes. Personalities should be more passive than active.

I think they did a good job with the personality it doe switch between idle two and the default stance it is in without being to annoying with like grabbing a sword from out of no where that we have no style for and just waving it around in peoples faces. I think its perfect in the way they handled it. But walk could be better in my opionion but they did a good job with the personality so I'm not faulting them for it.PC NA

eklhaftb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭I generally like it. Although running looks kinda funny - as if the character's pants were too loose and required holding to prevent them from falling off.
Also, it would be nice if there was an option to override the cutlass with my actual one-handed weapon (or alternatively, if there was the cutlass skin for us to wear).8 -

It just looks a bit stiff and I think that giving it a slight stoop and longer strides like the Assassin personality possibly would’ve helped. ✭✭✭✭✭I enjoy it! Thought I REALLY wish they had made the eyepatch that matches it dyeable...rather than linking it to the haircolor. Its pretty annoying that it looks amazing in the preview images, though when you preveiw it on any character with red or blonde hair, it turns this kind of off-white color.... I see no reason why it shouldn't have been dyeable like a hat. But the personality itself is cool, and I like the eyeglass emote it comes with, and the fact that its a more masculine version of the Naryu personality.Legends never die

✭✭✭✭✭Well, ZOS like always can't do something without "nuance". Mouth expression is really grim/sad, so basically if your character is smiling/grinning in normal state, he will be within normal grim expression with swashbuckler. But if he was already grim... well, his face expression will be like grimace. So check before buying. I found that it fits greatly to couple of my "smiling" chars and awful/bad on others.2 -
