First they came for the BGs, now the Dungeons - I give up ZoS.

You said the BGs were fixed. They don't seem to be fixed.
The dungeon queue was fine.

Now it's broken and noone can queue.

It's time to cancel my sub and move on, this game isn't worth the money.

Yep. For me this is a big kick in the ass, because I loaded the breda buff on all of my toons, and have been using the dungeon finder to jump into randoms fast, so that I could level my CP up to max before the buff runs out, but instead I can't get into a queue at all, and to sit and pull together 3 friends, by the time we're done organizing I'll get maybe one run instead of 8, out of my xp bonus.

Screw it, I say.

Dungeon queue was not fine. Group finder in general has been a trainwreck for a long time.

@ZOS_SarahHecker I'm not the OP, but last night, with a full group of 4,all with correct roles, lead hit the queue button and we waited for 2 minutes before we removed ourselves from queue and just entered manually.

Not OP, but when I try to queue as a full group, the queue never pops- last night I had a full group of 2 DPS, a tank, and a healer, and we tried to queue into Selene's Web and it just... didn't ever work. I guess porting in directly is OK, but it's just baffling, and it wouldn't work if the group wanted to queue for a random normal.

Right now I am queuing as a healer and for like 19mins+ right now (still ongoing queue), I still cannot find a match. This is daily random dungeon.

No full groups I asked around can get in using the dungeon finder.

Also you seem to have broken Alik'r Desert, don't go there if you don't want infinite loading screen. Two ppl tested this and both got stuck.

When you posted this it was either early morning US time or early afternoon EU time, on a weekday neither of which are exactly prime time for either server location.

Also did you do dragons/dolmens while waiting for queue? They actually pay better/more steady for XP than random pug.

I have been solo queuing as a tank, and nothing happens at all for me, I tried about 20 times since 7am EST and haven't even seen a queue pop.

Tried BG queues as well and couldn't get one of those, although admittedly I didn't spend as long trying today as yesterday

I have been doing this for years, on multiple accounts, the tank queue has been more or less instant for as long as I have been playing ESO. Yesterday I did 9 random dungeons in about an hour and a half, one per toon, and in each case the queue popped basically as soon as I hit it. This has been true every day, at the same times, forever. I play at the same times every day

I am not the op, but last night I was on a max cp tank. I queued for a random with a healer friend (mid 30s) we tried the leave / enter queue trick after 5 minutes several times. Then, I switched to a level 22 tank, and the same healer and I queued and immediately we got pops. We did several dungeons together. This occurred around midnight or 1 am eastern.

To answer this, no, I only do the daily random on each toon, stacked with a mythic, to get the 400k XP while they have Breda XP buff still active, this allows me to drag it out for an extra week or two

Not OP. Playing PC/EU.
On Monday (after maintenance was completed)
a) I waited 20 min as a Tank, then left the queue. Usually it took several seconds up to 1 minute as a Tank.
b) As DPS, I tried 2 times to enter a dungeon. First time I waited 1h, then requeued. 2nd time I stopped waiting after 1h10min. I am used to 15-30 min waiting times.

1 per toon, I have been levelling a new account for the last couple of months and used the XP event to jump up several hundred levels, but I'm not maxed yet, so I've been popping a mythic at the very end of a random dungeon, then logging out immediately, hopping onto a new toon, and going right into another dungeon, so most of the time I'm spending less than 12-15 minutes on a toon, which lets me get several days of 250% XP bonuses attached to the daily random.

If I have to organize a group before going in, I'll get significantly fewer runs off that dwindling 2 hour XP buff. Know what I mean?

For me problems with DF started 3 days ago .. previous was broken but i could find normal with my alts tank heal and dps .. yesterday just passed after 30 min waiting to get in with alone, and went "by foot". After that i reloged to my alt fornormal with full group .. after 5 min queue .. we went "by foot" ..
Something was messed up badly ...

I was part of a 4-man premade group with 1 tank, 1 healer, and 2 DPS that tried to do a random normal last night on PC-NA and couldn't get the queue to pop. We queued, waited in queue for ~3 minutes, tried dropping our queue and requeuing, then tried dropping our entire group, regrouping and queuing again and nothing worked. After waiting 10 minutes on our last attempt the group just gave up and everyone left and went on to do other things.

I was in the role as the healer in that group.

In the other post and so far it's the only actual information provided someone posted the queue took them 6 MINUTES! That is NOT a broken queue. In my experience just like other mmorpgs I've played (wow, swtor for example) the dps queue in eso is between 30-45 minutes. This is pretty standard in mmorpgs. Go play WoW queue as a dps for a dungeon or LFR with millions of players it's still a 30-45 minute queue.

You do realize the 6 minute queue time posted in the other thread was for a 4-man premade that was not searching for additional members to join the group, right? They already had the people in the correct roles they needed to run the dungeon, just needed the group finder to put them into a dungeon, which should be instantaneous.

I wasnt called a white knight just find it hilarious that anytime someone cries they no longer play the game and try to bash it all they have is childish name calling. Maybe it's a reading comprehension thing with you. I never said it affected me I asked a question because in this thread there are two types of poster. Those who bash and call others names and those who are not having issues. Not much fault asking the question triggered you into making personal attacks.

You do realize the 6 minute queue time posted in the other thread was for a 4-man premade that was not searching for additional members to join the group, right? They already had the people in the correct roles they needed to run the dungeon, just needed the group finder to put them into a dungeon, which should be instantaneous.

Not sure where you got that info as it was never stated. A matter of fact (I know these are hard for some here) his very next post stated "it seems to be working just instant queued as tank."

Again the only screenshot actual information is a 6 minute queue and that posters next post stated instant. But REEEEEEE the sky is falling route for upvotes works to I guess.

Yea, this is interesting.
I’m hearing in my guild chats that the queue just isn’t working even as a tank. But when I queue’d as my lowbie healer it popped within a minute, and all players in there were pre lvl 50.
Same as BG’s, I joined a battleground guild and they have been complaining the past 3 days that queue’s just aren’t popping but I’ve been levelling toons and having no problem getting in to them.
It seems very inconsistent/unpredictable. But it’s been like this for decent while now.

PC EU. Yestarday i tried queue into the Imperial city prison dungeon as a tank in 3-4 attemts i spent an hour without any result. But as soon as i chose Fungel grotto 1 i found group almost instant and all were fine. Today, after maintenance, i got into the Imperial city prison dungeon as a tank in a blink of an eye, all were fine. Maybe it connected somehow, but, also yestarday, i got endless loading screen when i tried to teleport to Alik'r desert zone, today all fine.
