What lag? I don't get any.
I do get an occasional disconnect, maybe a couple per day, nothing I can't live with.
Have you considered your internet connection/ISP?
Please rebuild ESO from the ground up. The disconnecting and lag is back with a vengeance with the latest "fix" patch.
ZOS has been telling us for more than three years they are fixing the lag and disconnecting issues with their patches, but every patch is a crap shoot and things are overall trending worse over time. If ZOS could fix the lag and disconnect with patching, it would be fixed already. Their only option is to rebuild the game from the ground up and not build in the bugs in the first place. ESO is the best MMO ever created, and has years left of active game play. Nothing else created thus far even comes close, but we can't play it because of lag and disconnecting.
Please fix your game ZOS. PLEASE.

I understand why that's your first thought. However, 90% of all players I know through guilds, etc. are suffering from uncharacteristically high amounts of DCs and ping issues. So it's definitely on ZOS' side.

Definitely? Surely, if as you say, this is a game issue it should be affecting everyone and yet it clearly isn't. If it were it would be affecting me, everyone would be complaining, the forums would be lit up, all the time. There's no such thing as a game issue that only affects a subset of the player base, we're all playing the same game and we should all be experiencing the same issues. Even your 90% is too small, absolutely everyone is affected by game issues, but they're not.

Great point Tequila, so many people in this game are just casual questers so they don’t understand or care about what end game players have to go through in pvp and trials so they try to dismiss their complaints.
If we had just stood together as a united community they would have fixed these issues years ago.

If its NA my own friends, guilds list contradict yours, not saying it's not true but out of 600 people I have asked only 121 of them have connection issues half of them have multiple people on the same connection. Personally I gave ONLY lagged when the server completely gives up and dcs the entire population. Other then that irs been smoot. I'm wondering if it's a firewall setting, last windows update turned some previous things back on, force g me to turn them off again.

Difficult to stand together when players not having any issues are patronised and insulted by being called RPers, casuals, questers, housing fans and crate buyers the whole time. They're also accused of lying and not playing the game - as per the comment you quoted. The fact is, as you say, that it is primarily an endgame issue that affects players in PvP and trials, but if those players want support from the rest of the community I suggest they quit all the patronising insults. They're not the only people who "actually play the game", believe it or not.

Earlier today in Cyrodiil on PS4 NA
AD and EP had an Incredible battle at Drake
It was amazing...pushes and retreats on both sides
Amazing gameplay with no lag or bluescreen
I haven’t had that much fun in years
And for a moment I thought...
Things are Working
This is the Cyrodiil I miss
Than I d/c’d...

Then they should stop coming in taunting they don't have problems implying nothing needs done.
Particularly PC players who have no idea about the blue screen situation on PS4.

We post that we dont because for some reason ppl who make these post claim "everyone" has these issues when it's not true. As for ps4 bluescreen I have stated MANY times what causes it, it's the fact with elswyr that the game draws more graphical power as well as processing power (can track the difference on pc easly) this the system has a hard time providing it especially if it's an older ps4. I hit a new one a month ago and it has not blue screened NEARLY as much. I also moved the ps4 to a more open location and put a small fan on it to help it deal with the excess heat.

Yes I used the term casual quester and I’m not sure how that’s an insult, but completely rejecting other people’s problems for years just because it doesn’t affect their style of gameplay is insulting. It goes both ways let’s work together so we can keep this game working for years to come for all play styles.

Please show me where the claim everyone was used.
And none of the PS4 bluescreens were happening before the memory management code was changed.

That us incorrect there have been posts nade about brick and bluescreen since elswyr. as for the everyone claim just freaking read the posts, unlike mmos I won't hold your hand through it all and if your unable to comprehend the basics needed to participate in an actual conversation then I don't know what to tell you. Do a search read the first post in each one, majority claim that EVERYONE has lag or dc issues.
