Game is deleting siege from inventory, PvP PC NA

The bug where the game deletes your siege if you are seiging from the parapet walls on the corners of keeps has yet to be fixed.
I just lost a fourth cold fire ballista from this PERSISTENT, UNADDRESSED bug.
I'm wondering, does ZOS ever plan on fixing any of the bugs in this game?
Oh, and ping and fps spikes are not getting better either.....the group finder hasn't been fixed yet....the combat bug is still a significant issue.......I could go on, as everyone knows.
Please fix your game ZOS.

✭This bug still alive and well.
Please eliminate the asinine upgrade/downgrade of keeps all together. This is just stupid. Lost two more since making this post, and files at least four complaints in game with no response of any kind.
