Would probs depend on if this bow/bow build is for PVE or PVP. The sets you mention suggest PVE?
My bow/bow build is a stamblade, and its really good fun. Squishy as hell if I get caught, but for 1v1 stealth attacks and group play where I can hang back and deliver damage from a far to support my group... I have found it really good fun.
I have heard that Warden bow/bow build works very well indeed, due to the cutting dive spammable in particular. I feel Warden is probably a good option for pve, its survivability and heals will probably work great while delivering the pain with your bows
PS: When I take my bow/bow character into pve, I use Briarheart and Tzogvin as the main sets. Seems to work well. Rele works great but I do a fair amount solo so Briarheart provides a bit more survivability.
