How do I purchase the digital copy as a gift for my cousin?

I want to buy the game digitally as a gift for my cousin so we can play together, how do I go about doing that?

Harkrider✭✭✭It is theoretically possible for you to log onto his account and purchase the game for him. You would be prompted to enter a security code, as you'd be accessing the account from a new IP/MAC address. In this case, an email would be sent to your cousin containing the code which would then need to be relayed to you so that you may enter it when prompted.
Just brainstorming ideas, not necessarily condoning anything.
